Return/Exchange. In order to maintain our low-priced items, unfortunately all purchases are final and we do NOT offer return/refund or exchange on purchased items. Note that the color shown on each computer varies due to the settings so please make your selections carefully.
Damage/Incorrect Items. We carefully inspect our items prior to shipping them to ensure the quality and quantity of our products therefore we eliminate the possibility of damaged or incorrect items shipped. Each textile dye lots may varies, color variance is not considered as damage/incorrect items.
Wrong Item. We offer exchange/refunds for items that you receive incorrectly due to our mistake, please kindly email the customer service for a RMA. As we always thrive to fulfill event due dates, all return must be requested within three days upon received of products and shipped back to us within the issuance of the RMA. Items returned must be unopened, unused and still sealed in original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that you order mistakenly for any reason. Please have the tracking number for each package returned available when contacting us. We will either issue a refund (within 7 business days after the merchandise are received) or issue a replacement (within 2 business days after the merchandises are received).
Unauthorized Returns. Packages returned back to ChaircoverDecor.com without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be discarded.
Order Processing. Orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days with orders placed after 3.00 PM PST will begin to be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include package transit time. If you need to place a RUSH ORDER, please email our customer service for immediate assistance.
Shipping Policy. We only offer ground shipping (non-guarantee delivery date service) and only to the contiguous 48 states on the listed shipping cost. If you need to ship Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or internationally, expedite shipping method, please email our customer service for a shipping quote and time frame. We do not offer shipment to PO BOX, APO or FPO addresses. At any time, shipping cost is non refundable.
Refused/Undeliverable/Unclaimed Package. If your package is returned to ChairCoverDecor.com marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”, we will unfortunately need to charge $6.95 for re-shipping the items back to you. Should you decide to cancel the entire order, the shipping cost in non-refundable.
Cancellation. Our system are designed to save labor cost so that you get the best price, therefore, once the orders placed, they are automatically send to the warehouse to prepare for shipment, therefore cancellation are not allowed. If you notice an error, you may cancel your order only within the next 30 minutes. After the 30-minute period has passed, your order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled.
